Our pet contract is written to protect both buyer and seller, breeders and puppy owners could come to an agreement and both would faithfully fulfill their goals. Unfortunately, the world is not perfect and we are not androids. The contract is necessary and signing a written contract guarantees that both the breeder and the new owner understand the agreement and its limitations. At The Vizslas Rizzo Ranch we offer two types of contracts.

Limited what does it mean?

- Limited registration means that the dog is registered but no litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration.

Open what does it mean?

Open, you meet the standard assignments of the AKC VCA and local Club. You can be a breeder using our puppies for development, Attention this process will only be honored when the Puppy obtains all the agreed registrations and its tests carried out such as AKC Transfer and OFA medical records.

Please remember we do not sell factory made items, they ARE animals that live, breathe, think and some are happy. therefore you must be responsible or you will be breaking our agreement according to the contract.

Remember that this is a pet contract and you must always respect it, if not. You are breaking what is stipulated in the contract and The Vizslas Rizzo Ranch will take all actions to defend their litters. forcing you to comply with the agreements or taking the buyer to a process of legal actions.
